Using Government funds to support a religious group is 
Unconstitutional...   If it was a NON PROFIT run by the religious group 
then it's the Government that was duped out of the money by con-artists 
masquerading as an (NGO) "Non Government Organization" or tax exempt 
corporation to steal from taxpayers.

To indict religions in general is like indicting all Government when the 
guilty party is a government employee  "stealing and Extorting" from a 
church while they are a church member there.  Their Government 
occupation is incidental to the crime and of no interest.

While unconstitutional for Government to loan a religion money for Bail 
-out if they files as a religion then they didn't commit fraud, they 
have a RIGHT to ask but NOT a RIGHT to receive money yo a religion from 
the Government since the Government (Congress) *can make no laws* , all 
they can make are laws that deny the government the ability to make 
those loans to any religion.  And if they don't deny the loans, then 
it's the Government that committed fraud by NOT following their own lows 
restricting them from sending the money or allowing the money to be 
transferred to a religion, asking for government to help is NOT a crime, 
but when the government ignores their Constitutional restraints, that is 
their government crime.

Why is a ministry receiving Government backed loans? That violates the 
"Congress shall make no law" clause.

A Church Payroll is NOT able to be paid by Government... it violates the 
RELIGION/GOVERNMENT "Amendment I, Congress shall *make no law* 
*respecting* *an establishment of religion* "


That means tax dollars can't pay the religion or re-reimburse any 
religion or join forces to collude with any religion to achieve a goal...
