The obvious question being... what *CONSPIRACY THEORY* about a delegated power in the Constitution is there that allows the U.S. government to *regulate* this "conspiracy theory about being able to regulate" the spread of conspiracy theories? You need to post the Constitutional clause (FACTS) from which that power to regulate free speech of conspiracies and questions and where it was derived? If you can't question a conspiracy how can there be laws against engaging in that conspiracy, there would be no way to determine a conspiracy is taking place if you can't ask the questions to report the news or to seek answers by posing the possibility of it. What planet were you on for the last 60 years of the John F. Kennedy assassination conspiracy theory which as it turns out given the government hidden files that were classified, shows there was more U.S. government involvement so the conspiracy was NEVER a conspiracy theory it was an absence of facts, which is being rectified... Like the mRNA shots that never did vaccinate people giving immunity to catching or passing on the virus... the Government again changed documents and is hiding the truth, so it isn't a Conspiracy it's a lie and a cover-up. What the definition of conspiracy is, is hiding the act behind lies and a cover-up and covering up a crime is illegal... it's usually hiding or destroying evidence and I don't think you can regulate TRUTH out of a language and call it stopping the spread of lies. > > When researching the U.S. 2020 elections, I acquainted myself with > New Right > discourses by watching streams from banned.video. You erroneously suggest that there are official sources of what is a lie or what could be happening behind the veil... The irony is that the very sources you would point to are now embroiled in facts being shown about their own Conspiracies to hide evidence of manipulation and crimes for hidden purposes. I pointed out the JFK assassination and there is the TWITTER revelations suggesting that the people you assign as the GATE KEEPERS of the truth, have actually been lying to us all like MSNBC AND CNN and the FBI and TWITTER by censoring and using disinformation and destruction of evidence. If it walks like a DUCK and it quacks like a DUCK then occum's razor on DUCKDUCKGO suggests it's a walking-quacking conspiracy theory? Are you using a conspiracy theory to try to suggest that there are no conspiracy theories? That concept might be called the circular logic of a conspiracy theory, which would create a paradox. But if a Conspiracy Theory is regulated then shoudn't all discussions on any paradox be regulated? And and won't that require that all theoretical science discussions be regulated and wouldn't that allow for science to be corrupted by conspiracies... -- -Reality Matters- https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2022/12/09/elise-stefanik-twitter-lied-to-congress-about-shadow-banning-conservatives/ ------------------------------------------------------- And TWITTER and the FBI lied about working together as a part of the SHADOW GOVERNMENT to limit free speech. They became the *Ministry of TRUTH* that was run by the *SHADOW* *GOVERNMENT* . For those out there that said *the SHADOW GOVERNMENT is tinfoil hat* *territory* ...you better stock up on tinfoil.
