Laws that seek to describe Gays and Trans as real, are unconstitutional, 
because they are government attempting to force a government sponsored 
religion on the people, and the people have a RIGHT to exercise their 
own religion and the U.S. Congress is limited by Amendment 1 from 
establishing a NATIONAL RELIGION.  Using Federal tax dollars to promote 
a religion violates Amendment 1 according to Democrats themselves.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or 
prohibiting the free exercise thereof;
