Also remember that the DEMOCRAT JUDGES and Courts and LGBTQ LAWYERS all 
tell us that DNA evidence doesn't tell the court what gender or sex the 
evidence has in the DNA sample because a trans can be any gender, 
otherwise it would mean that someone claiming to be a gender (man or 
woman) other than their birth gender is NOT actually something other 
than their birth gender and they are only PRETENDING to be some other 
gender as adeception.

Which destroys the MYTH of being TRANSGENDER... they are simply hiding 
from reality and their DNA which would indicate that the person claiming 
to be TRANSGENDER in a courtroom or on legal documents is merely a 
mentally ill person and has no gender transformation taking place.

Which means that if they can't use GPS or DNA in a court room because 
Democrats polluted the Science with lies for civil and criminal hate 
crimes to be based on the rights of someone that isn't TRANS or gay but 
is mentally ill then it will have destroyed a lot of criminal cases that 
based their convictions on hard science DNA EVIDENCE, and promoted the 
Democrat LGBTQ pseudo science of gender and sex.... They can't have it 
both ways at the same time, the DNA being evidence of a person being the 
same as the evidence at a crime scene is mutually exclusive, it can only 
be one *OR* the other NOT one and the other.
