I often point out that a *PERSONAL* income tax on your labor is unConstitutional since it's NOT actually income. It's an equal trade of labor value for a more liquid dollar to carry in your pocket, but when a corporation uses your labor to make money even when renting out your labor as a contract worker they should pay an income tax on money they make, over and above what they paid you. Because they as a corporation aren't trading their own human labor/life for the equivalent agreed upon value for more liquid dollars. And an equal trade does not create income or profit. Ironically a mandated wage or minimum wage creates an artificial value that the buyer and the seller didn't agree on but government mandated which means that *wage and price control laws* create an imbalance that may create a profit or loss for the trade for one or the other buyer or seller. How can you have a profit when there is a price control that forces the product to be sold at less than it's market value in trade for a humans labor... The dollar value in a market isn't set by the government but is set by the agreed upon value of the human labor being used to produce or trade for any given product... if you value your labor/life more than they will pay you so you can buy things with the cash then prices have to decline or wages have to rise naturally to that point of agreement that is absent of profit. Which is why personal income tax, on human labor is unconstitutional. You don't gain wealth selling your own life, you only break even on the bargain. An example would be a Prostitute who can only do so much work in a 24 hour day. Their time is limited so selling their time means they're making a bargain of equivelance for their time/life and it's value at that moment in time. Or a surgen who can only personally perform surgery on so many people in a 24 hour day. Their labor that they sell to a hospital or directly to a patient should NOT be taxed with a personal income tax on the surgen, but when the Hospital re-sells it and for more than the Doctor sold it to the Hospital then the Hospital should pay the income tax as it wasn't their life they sold/traded, it was simply an income producing trade for the hospital. -- - - - - - - - - - - -Reality Matters- https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2022/12/09/elise-stefanik-twitter-lied-to-congress-about-shadow-banning-conservatives/ ------------------------------------------------------- And TWITTER and the FBI lied about working together as a part of the SHADOW GOVERNMENT to limit free speech. They became the *Ministry of TRUTH* that was run by the *SHADOW* *GOVERNMENT* . For those out there that said *the SHADOW GOVERNMENT is tinfoil hat* *territory* ...you better stock up on tinfoil.
