*One person's Affirmative Action law is another person's Jim Crow law*



If they FALSELY MAKE Affirmative Action laws and government funding of 
Affirmative Action activities legal, then they're also making JIM CROW 
laws legal, because they're the same thing with a reversal of the 
mandate  "you Can't"  with the mandate that "you must" but the reality 
is the resulting discrimination based on race is still there for 
everyone to see. It's hard to imagine that our Justices are so shallow 
that they can't see the outcome of saying that *you can't if you're 
WHITE* and see it's the same as saying *you can only if you're NOT WHITE*

/OR/

... *you can't if you're BLACK* and see it's the same as saying
*you can only if you're NOT BLACK*

One way it's a (negative) Jim Crow law, the other makes it a (positive) 
Affirmative Action, and the outcome of both is the same.

Special allowances for being what you are are is positive, and denial 
for being what you are is negative. Both are just different sides of the 
same RACIST coin.  Neither is equal protection of the law. And the law 
may be a physical government action or an appropriations law that uses 
tax dollars to fund some project.  What ever the law it has to give 
people equal protection of the law NOT an equal results/outcome or 
equity/outcome.

But the equal chance for any outcome, from the equal input that results 
in different outcomes depending on those same inputs is equality. Being 
equal isn't necessarily being fair and yet being fair is treating people 
equal.

Equality can't be handicapped to reach balance.  When it is it's 
Affirmative Action and skews the outcome equality with false data to 
achieve an equal level that doesn't exist. Affirmative Action is being 
handicapped to make the odds more equal where the competition is known 
to be unequal between participants.
