layman’s pay grade. See Romans 14:4 and leave the bench to the Judge.

Caesar has his realm. God instituted earthly authorities to curb chaos
(Romans 13). You may dispute their prudence, but pretending their act
vanishes because you dislike it is not theology—just poor civics.

The sin against the Holy Spirit is hard-hearted rejection of Christ’s
grace, not an audit finding you unlicensed. Best to distinguish Law and
Gospel before swinging the keys like a cudgel.

Ananias fell dead under apostolic judgment, not because someone fibbed
to a self-appointed internet presbytery. Hunger is not a sacramental

Paul learned contentment in plenty and want. He did not turn his
appetite into a shibboleth. Secret passwords don’t prove the Spirit;
fruits do (Galatians 5:22–23).

The Eighth Commandment demands truth whether full or fasting. Oaths

kingdom is not a filing cabinet of perpetual credentials. Render to
Caesar what is Caesar’s and to God what is God’s—don’t laminate the one

You have taken the Second Commandment and used God’s name like a
slingshot. Our Lord says bless those who persecute you (Romans 12:14),
pray for your enemies (Matthew 5:44). When your mouth splashes curses
and piety in the same breath, James advises a bridle rather than more
spurs (James 3:9–10).

Amen—and precisely because He is, we dare not impersonate His voice to
settle our quarrels. Preach Christ crucified, not self-vindication
