Allinson's Easy Bake Yeast

About to start my fortnightly batch of breakfast rolls, when 'shock horror'=
 I'd run out of my last 100g / 4oz tub of dried yeast. Got to the spmkt bef=
ore closing but they were out of dried active (2 rise) and only had 'Easy B=
ake' (one rise) the type recommended for bread machines.

My usual mix is 50/50 strong white and plain AP flour. I was quite surprise=
d by the extra hight (loft) I was getting after the first (and only) rise? =
Is this typical of the fast action bread machine yeasts? Anyway, I'm now a =
convert.
