Accused pedophile's chilling links to '764' cult that wants to destroy the world by targeting CA children

An accused pervert charged with grooming young girls in California has
been linked to an extremist cult that wants to destroy civilization. 

Bryant Gonzalez from Downey, LA County, has been allegedly tied to
“764,” an online network of creeps trying to tear apart society through
the corruption and exploitation of minors. 

The network’s goals include social unrest and the downfall of the
current world order, including the United States, according to the FBI. 

Gonzalez, 24, was busted in his hometown on Thursday and accused of
sickening crimes against young girls aged 11 and 15. 

He allegedly groomed one of his victims to film herself engaging in
self-harm and self-humiliation and then shared the vile images with
others online. 

764 is a “sadistic” group operating domestically and abroad. Federal
authorities have arrested a number of ringleaders, but the group remains
active in California. 

On April 3, Jose Henry Ayala Casami of San Fernando was arrested by the
FBI on a criminal complaint charging him with possession of child
pornography. 

The 28-year-old man is accused of participating in an online 764 group
that blackmailed young girls into making videos of themselves engaged in
degrading sexual acts, sadistic torture sessions, and carving their
abusers names on their bodies. 

The group also encouraged minor girls to commit suicide, feds charge.

Casami pleaded guilty in December 2025 to one count of production of
child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography. His
sentencing hearing is scheduled for August 24. 

Last summer, federal prosecutors again led an investigation resulting in
the arrest of an accused 764 sicko in who allegedly victimized kids
Southern California. 

Members of the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force on August 27 arrested
Dong Hwan Kim at his Downey residence following the execution of a
federal search warrant. 

According to Kim’s criminal complaint, several young girls reported that
Kim enticed them to send pictures and videos of themselves engaging in
sexual acts. 

The complaint alleges Kim was aligned with 764 and threatened to send
naked photographs to the victims’ family or post them online. 

According to one of his victims, Kim operated a server where he and
others traded child pornography, and extorted minors to get nude and
engage in humiliating behavior. 

Kim pleaded not guilty in September to four counts of production of
child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography. His
trial is scheduled for May 5. 

LA’s top federal prosecutor Bill Essayli has brought at least three
cases against the group in the last year. 

He told the California Post: “They’re calling themselves 764, and
they’re a nihilistic, violent, extremist group. They might target kids
who are depressed or down or lonely. 

“They figure out how to identify these kids, and they build a
relationship, and then they convince them to send sexual material to
them, which then gets used as blackmail. 

“They just want to spread this evilness and get people as many people to
engage in this conduct as they can.” 

764 isn’t the only group of online predators that families have to worry
about on the West Coast. 

In January of last year, alleged perverts with an international,
neo-Nazi pedophilia ring called CVLT were accused of victimizing at
least 16 minors around the world, including two in Southern California. 

According to federal prosecutors, the twisted outfit groomed and coerced
the minors to produce child sexual abuse material and images of
self-harm. 

And federal authorities on May 14 announced the arrest of five
defendants federally charged in Los Angeles and Orange County as as part
of a nationwide crackdown on child sex offenders led by  Attorney
General Pamela Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel. 

Charged variously with possessing, distributing, and producing child
pornography, the five individuals named by prosecutors in May were
likened to 764 predators by Akil Davis, the Assistant Director in Charge
of the FBI’s Los Angeles Field Office. 

“Each day, our agents are tackling criminal allegations involving
children, whether it be online dangers such as sextortion, emerging
nihilist extremist networks such as 764, or children being groomed by
someone close to them,” Davis said. 

“We urge caretakers of all children to educate themselves about these
constant threats,” he added.
