That is returning them to their own nation. At that point Mexico 
is responsible for its own citizens in Mexico.

Mexico may decide its responsibility is to try to force the US to 
coordinate the transfers. Mexicans in Mexico can demand their 
government's protection. Haitians in the Atlantic have no one to 
turn to.

What Jesus will do is likely to apply Leviticus which demands you 
treat foreigners in your land as one of your own. To not abuse or 
harm foreigners.

I want open borders, but I know that is not compatible with the 
law or racists.
