Yep, if you have a location which needs a light that you're only going to rarely use..... it's cheaper to use an incandescent. They also handle heat, cold, and high humidity better than any alternative as well. Plus sometimes you just need a small cheap source of heat. such as a small 25-40w bulb in a pump house.
