Since the exchange is getting too lengthy, I'm going to offer a summary
conclusion and address other specific points in future responses.
Conclusion:
None of the passages you cite either expressly state or necessitate the
idea that God ever told believers to come out of the church. You cite a
lot of references from the epistles, but none of them support confusing
Israel and the world system during the Tribulation, with the church in
the church era.
Church-era believers are the ones who do NOT come out of the church:
“Children, it is the last hour, and as you have heard that
antichrist is coming, so now many antichrists have come.
Therefore we know that it is the last hour. They went out from
us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they
would have continued with us. But they went out, that it might
become plain that they all are not of us.” (1 John 2:18–19, ESV)
It is the antichrists who go out from the church, not the believers.
