There is a User Guide that could help those undecided about trying Portmaster Free. http://avoidthehack.com/safing-portmaster I know that a couple of posters on Vivaldi Forums love it. That's how I found out about the program. FWIW, I don't use anything but the Windows Defender Firewall modified to my liking.
