I can find no evidence of that.

Let's come back to that.

The results of my research please correct if necessary. Evidence if
possible.

Open Health is strictly opt in, it operates under the LGPD, your
equivalent to GDPR.

It allows your sensitive medical data to be shared with health insurance
companies, clinics and laboratories but not without your explicit
consent and that doesn't mean ticking a box online. You have to sign or
waiver in a more meaningful way.

That doesn't give health insurance companies the right to gain advantage
and sharing for that purpose is also likely covered by international
concepts of anti competitive practices e.g the forming of cartels.

The big companies you mention do not want to fall foul of anti privacy
laws because the financial penalties are considerable.

The sharing of data for research 'Data Wallet' is voluntary, it remains
your asset, and you can license use of it for money. It is anonymized.

I don't see a mechanism where your 'meetings' are related to the sharing
of anonymized data. Likely they were triggered by your GPs back office
systems. Have you asked. The company running 'Data Wallet' is none of
your above suspects, but it may be related. I can't check everything.

So, assuming a similarity between your health system and the UK I can
only describe how it works here. In the UK Doctors have their own GP,
apart from exceptional circumstances self prescribing is frowned upon to
the point now it doesn't happen.

So, likely the issue you have which I understand is a deeply frustrating
Kafkaesque bureaucratic nightmare which incidentally isn't a example of
an occurance geographically limited to Brazil is related to your GP or
their back office, and I have arrived at that conclusion because of this
read only attribute. It sounds complete nonsense and it likely is.
Databases have access levels, obviously whoever set the 'diabetes.
tickbox/comment has write permissions, usually someone with those
credentials has the ability to edit the same cell. I say edit because
there is usually an audit trail required which may explain why it cannot
be deleted. The other thing you need to understand is the concept,
"Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by
stupidity'. The world if full of people who have no fucking idea what
they are doing IT wise and it's not always their fault.

So, just focus on 'what the fuck can I do about it' and the answer isn't
blaming billionaires, the answer is just keep finding people to annoy,
you are the customer and this situation is unacceptable, you just have
to keep finding new people preferably higher up the tree to complain to.
Point out the absurdity, and what you describe is absurd, so point that
out again and again, and do so it a way that's undeniable, in the end
someone will most likely just get so pissed off with you they will
action whatever is required to sort this. Just to get rid of you. Make
yourself a problem. Pace yourself, start politely and progress to total
humiliation if necessary.

Don't give up, and use Gemini, it's very good at giving you ideas about
how to tackle these kind of issues. Obviously, use with discretion.

If you want to learn about your billionaire friends and how they work
their way around the GPL there's no better study material than Tesla vs
the SFC 2013 to 2018 and Google and Android. An absolute masterclass.
Again, Gemini is excellent for exploring this, my mind just explodes
with what ifs, as you would expect of a pussy who just loves chasing leaves.
