File explorer - folder - context menu - rename "Explore" ?

[skip this if you just want to read the question]

Just now I bumped again into how to open a new file-explorer window.  I 
continuously forget if I should, in the folders context menu, use "open" or 
"explore" for that.

So, I decided to go into the registry and rename "explore" to "open new", 
Which works.

The only problem is that clicking a folder in file-explorers right-side 
folder-and-file list it now opens it without a folder-tree (on the left).

(Likely reason : the OS internally expects the "Explore" key to be present).

I reverted the change and all was back to how it worked previously.

[question]

Can I, in the registry, mark an "hkey_classes_root/xxx/shell/yyy" entry 
*not* to be displayed in the xxx context-menu (I know, it contradicts that 
entries purpose).


The idea is that I duplicate the "explore" entry but now as "open new".  The 
OS happy because it can stil find the "explore" entry, and me happy because 
I, in the context menu, see "open new" instead of "explore". :-)
