Validates won't find every problem, nor fix everyone they do find.
And occasionally a Validate can make things worse.

I did an OSU this morning (09-07-23) @ 08:15 CDT 
using both R50.16 and R51.12. 

The OSU's finished normally, there were no errors; and
all the transactions that should have downloaded, did 
download.  Schwab had no transactions to download, 
but it did not hang.

So it would seem that whatever the problem was, it is
(at least temporarily) "fixed".
