There are users reporting problems with CIT in the Quicken Community. One complaint is that users are asked for 2FA on every download - and never getting the opportunity to supply the code. Some users have also reported getting a CC-501 error. Here's one discussion: http://tinyurl.com/3kbf852d What is your Quicken release (Rnn.nn)? What is the Quicken "Financial institution" name (as displayed on the General tab of the Edit Account Details dialog for the account)? What is the account type? What happens if you create a New (test) Quicken file and try setting up the CIT account there?
