Quicken Transaction Report Crashes

So in one of my Quicken accounts (using latest Q version for Window, 
27.1.57.16, when I try a REPORTS-->TRANSACTION-->CUSTOMIZE (to try to 
select a time frame for one particular PAYEE), Quicken throws up and 
gives me SUBMIT A PROBLEM dialog which I've sent.  Doesn't happen to any 
of my other files and I did try a VALIDATE and REPAIR as well.

If I generate a TRANSACTION report and within that the do the date and 
payee selection, it works refreshes the screen and things seem fine.

Not sure anyone here has any insight into this (but if you do, I'm all 
ears!), and I'll see if I receive any insight from Quicken Inc. on the 
report I submitted.  I'll post if so.
