Sorry, I did miss that you had already tried Validate/Super Validate.

But you didn't mention that you tried them on a Quicken Copy of your 
data.  The Quicken Copy not only makes a copy of the .QDF file, but it 
removes any "logically deleted" data from the file.

When you tell Quicken to delete data, Quicken typically does not 
actually remove that data from the file: Quicken usually just marks that 
data as deleted, in such a way that when Quicken later encounters that 
data, Quicken treats it as not being in the file.

Sometimes that logically deleted data can cause problems in Quicken, and 
occasionally when that happens, removing the logically deleted data from 
the .QDF file, then Validating can repair a problem that it could not 
repair when the logically deleted data was still in the .QDF file.
