Amazingly enough, despite the wording in the email submission that said 
a refund review might take a few days, the full refund was approved at 
145 AM this morning (Monday!).  Impressed.  Hasn't hit my CC account 
yet, but that's interesting it occurred.

So I'll wait until it hits my CC and then order the reduced Premier from 
Amazon.
