No. I received an email from Intuit stating that this is not going to
happen. You can google "turbo tax 2024 no CD" to read about it. For
example, https://www.bogleheads.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=438753 . I
regret that I cannot find a definitive statement from Intuit itself.
