The downloaded software is an installer, no different than what comes on a
CDROM. Once installed, the installer can be kept on your computer. The only
difference would be if you lost the downloaded installer and needed to install
on a new computer.

Don't see the CD version at any of the usual places (Amazon, Costco, OfficeMax,
etc.) right now, but I suspect it will be available closer to the end of the
year.
