How to update property value in "Property and Debt" dialog ?

I have recently obtained a new property and added it to Quicken in 
"Property and Debt" account.  I entered the value originally, but now 6 
months later I'd like to adjust the balance of what it is worth.

I can do the math myself and enter the new balance in the register, but 
I see online (https://www.quicken.com/blog/tips-homeowners/) there is a 
drop down that allows me to simply type in the new value with the date, 
and it enters it into the Property register doing the math itself.

But for the life of me, I don't see that drop down for "Update Balance" 
under transactions, or clicking on the value in the "Property and Debt" 
tab in the account bar.  Where is it, and what am I missing?
