Yes, apparently Vanguard broke the OSU connection protocols and now OSU no longer works. At least they've admitted its their issue. Since I am not a frequent trader, I am not going to worry about trying to download an OFX file (or whatever the workaround is) given that duplicates might occur and the validation of my files will be a royal PITA when the real fix occurs.
