Issue still unresolved.  But as of yesterday, there was a pop-up on when 
starting Q acknowledging that Vanguard owns this issue and it is being 
worked on. Seems like Vanguard was relying on a 3rd party to provide the 
connection services.  I don't know if every Q user received the pop up, 
or only those that Q knows have accounts at Vanguard.
