Unfortunately ALL Quicken account backups are placed in the one folder 
specified in the setup.

My backups for the entire computer are controlled by a batch file and 
before backing up the Q backups are moved to separate folders using the 
qdf file name and also limited by quantity of files kept for each 
(ForeFiles...). Of course a folder can be in any location, even in a 
different backup so you can keep them under different passwords also.
