VISA OSB didn't download all bank transactions that had cleared the bank

I have a VISA card and after I downloaded (OSB) my transactions today, I 
had a reconciliation error after the download completed. If I manually 
'clear' the last three uncleared transactions (that I pre-entered but 
haven't been downloaded) in the reconciliation window, the balance is 
correct.

Bank uses Express Connect Web Plus+.  Q Deluxe release level is R64.35 
on Win 11.

The online bank account shows these are not in PENDING status but indeed 
had cleared.  So I ODB should have downloaded the transactions so 
Quicken would have them in 'c' status.  But it didn't ,thus I had this 
error since the online balance was including these 3 transactions.

Anyone ever see this behavior before?

(I bailed out of the reconciliation process; did NOT have a adjustment 
transaction added to the account as I have a feeling this will resolve 
itself tomorrow on a new download.)
