Bill and Income Reminders window no longer shows cash balance when I hover my mouse over the bar graph

I'm running Quicken Deluxe version R65.174, build 27.1.65.17 on a new 
Windows 11 PC and I can no longer see the daily cash balances when I 
hover my mouse cursor over the bar in the bar graph for each day.

I was able to see those balances under Windows 10.

Has anyone else had this issue?
