..and do not ask what program, there is absolutely ZERO clue.

   Always conditions:  Win7.1, using FireFox. Launch SeaMonkey. Up pops UAC.

   Bet your sweet bit bucket. I. Bail. Out. Yesterday.

   Launch SeaMonkey second time, all OK.

   Am i attracting M$ garbage?
