CHARTER: alt.politics.biden provides a place for the 
consolidated discussion of President Joe Biden, 46th 
President of the United States of America.

JUSTIFICATION:

The current debates and discussion of the Biden presidency are 
fragmentated across many groups preventing participation and 
limiting access of all interested parties.  A central group 
would allow for and enable more productive and spirited analysis 
of this political event.
