New group proposal: alt.os.cpv

For your newsgroups file:
alt.os.cpv Community newsgroup for users of the Xerox CP-V operating system.

CHARTER:
Discussion of Xerox CP-V and related Sigma operating systems including 
BPM/BTM, UTS, and CP-R.

JUSTIFICATION:
Work with simh has reached a point at which it is now possible to boot 
CP-V. Several developers have been involved in this project, and it 
should now be possible to move to the stage at which general users are 
able to run CP-V.

This group is similar to other newsgroups for discontinued operating 
systems such as alt.os.multics, alt.os.beos, and alt.windows95.
