Is it CPV or CP-V? Is the latter, then alt.os.cp-v in the group name.

The description is a phrase made up of key words; don't use community or
newsgroup as they aren't key words, and don't repeat CP-V. What else
tersely describes the operating system? Why was it written?

Where are these operating systems being discussed RIGHT NOW on Usenet?
Have you started on topic threads in newsgroups so that you are known
for discussing the operating systems?

Justification is a count of articles in which the topic is discussed,
not just mentioned incidentally, so the proponent knows where to promote
the group. At a minimum, you want an average of 10 articles of
discussion a day over a recent 90 day period.

Give me a break. This is irrelevant. Are you saying this is a
discontinued operating system?
