I'm going to address this comment separately, since you keep coming back to it,
despite

1) Il gruppo e Italiano
2) Italy has a low population compared to the English speaking world
2) It doesn't address the topics I mentioned in the proposal

What I want to know is since when is everyone supposed to speak Italian on here
now? ROFLMAO!

Never in my days on USENET (and I've been back and forth for literally decades)
was a foreign language group used to deny an English language group. And I've
created several groups in the past under the alt.* heirarchy as well as others.

I've just never met an asshole like you in alt.config before.
