Proposing alt.arizona.flagstaff

usenet is seeing a minor resurgence i feel like im noticing and im thrilled 
about that, so wanted to add a hierarchy for the city i live in in case there
are any flagstaff usenetters. i can do all of the work myself, and i plan on 
setting up bots that repost content from local news sources i.e. flagscanner. 

i am new to usenet but i feel like i already have a good grasp of how it works,
and my level of understanding can always get better.

Rationale: there are hardly any groups for arizona as far as i know. i think 
alt.arizona.x is a better subhierarchy choice so that we can add other cities
later e.g. tucson or phoenix.

if someone can inject control that would be really nice but if not i can just
set up my own INN server or whatever its called ;)
