alt.* is international and should not have any more regional newsgroups
in it. There is a top-level hierarchy for Arizona, az.*, already. It's
not active but try to get discussion going in az.general.

No one gives a shit about immature assholes. I won't stop you from
calling me a faggot again. Luck on your project and just setting up that
INN server or whatever its called.
