I don't care. I try to tell the proponent what he needs to know. You
aren't the first and won't be the last not to like it.

You can still take this seriously by posting on topic in an existing
engineering group, with your own words and not reposted material from
the Web, trying to build an audience. Audience first, then determine if
a group for the narrower topic is needed.
