There was a phrase that originated in the early days of touchscreen tablets: “Gorilla arm”. Touchscreens don’t work well when horizontal; they need to be angled up. But then there is no support for the hand with the finger you are using to touch them with, so after prolonged use your arm muscles get tired and need a rest.
