Trump doesn't believe anything really. He is also beyond caring. He just 
says whatever floats into his mind from the last person he talked to.

He has no plan. He just does stuff until the ratings go down, or someone 
stops paying him,  then stops doing it...

He just bluffs and bullshits his way and if some people clap he knows he 
said the right thing. He wont DO any of it mind you.
