AVG 7.5 Professional and Ad Aware

Hello All: I'm working with a client that uses Zoom Text. He's got AVG 7.5, the Professional Edition. He could not get his Ad Aware SE program to properly download updates, so I suggested to him that he uninstall Ad Aware, disable AVG and re-install Ad Aware to see if that would help resolve the problem. He got Ad Aware SE uninstalled, but neither he nor I can figure out how to disable AVG 7.5 Pro so he can re-install it. If anyone knows how to do this and can send along some instructions, that would be appreciated.
