How To Uninstall Software If You Get This Error

Hello: I am helping someone to try and uninstall Spybot from her computer. When she finds Spybot in Add/Remove programs and tries pressing enter on the Spybot 1.4 Remove button to uninstall it, she gets the following error: "Internal error: cannot find ut compiled code record for this version of the installer." I searched the Microsoft knowledge base and did not find any articles about how to resolve this. Has anyone encountered this? If so, how did you get the software uninstalled when you got this message? I also couldn't find anything in google for this.
