Hello Lisa and others:

When printing the printer shows up in the system tray of the task bar. This program only shows up until the job is done. In your case when the printer gets jammed you will need to go looking for it and start deleting the print jobs or cancel the whole thing.

to get to the task bar window key plus m to get to the desktop then tab and arrow around down there until you land on the printer program.

Once you have landed on the printer program press enter to open and bring it to the desktop. If enter key want open the program try pressing the application key to bring up the print program and choose something like all printers and faxes.

Hopefully this will open and you will see the list of print jobs. If not you will need to tab or arrow through the menus of this program to find the printer task or jobs to delete them.

good luck.

Subject: [VICUG-L] question about clearing print cue

  Hi all,

I have asked this question in the past, but I lost the messages that I got in response. So I am asking again if anyone can tell me how to clear my print cue because it will not print because it is stuck. I do not know why this happens, but thanks very much in advance.
  Lisa
