The list was held

Sorry everyone for the delay in Vicug-L messages.  When more than ten 
messages per day are sent to the list, the server holds the list until one 
of the list owners sends a command to release the emails.  This happened 
probably Thursday or Friday, and the list was held until now.  My apologies 
for taking so long to free it.  I was out of town and without access to 
email until now.  But everything should work fine now.
