email question

Hi all,

I am back again sooner than I thought with a question. 

I was on one of those websites that has a link you can click on if you want to send them an email message.  When I click on the link it brings up microsoft word rather than outlook express.  The regular email form appears showing the recipient's name in the send to field.  It shows subject and so on.  I write in the place where you would traditionally put the body of the message, but when I hit control enter to send, nothing happens except it says page break.  Should microsoft word be coming up in this instance?  If so, how do I send the email?  Thanks so much in advance.
