No problem Sherry. Thanks for your comments. Open up the file in question in word and select all by pressing ctrl+A and Copy By pressing Ctrl+C. Open up notepad and paste it in notepad by pressing Ctrl+V. This will remove any formatting in the document. Then select all the text that you pasted in notepad and again copy them and then open a new document in word and paste it there. That should do it for you. As an alternative send me the url for that web page I will save it as a text file and send it to you. You are welcome to do this OFF list if you would like to. best davoud P.S: Join us at http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=6850971551 to talk to developers around the world in regards to removing the barriers visually impaired users encounter when they surf the net.
