how can I put jaws on other computers?

Hi all,
Harry here.
I use jaws 9.0 on my windows xp home edition laptop computer.
Here's the issue though.  I work on other peoples computers out in the field, and of course, they don't have jaws on their systems.
Sometimes, it's sighted folks machines, sometimes, it's blind folks machines.
Do I have to use a dongle, or, can I put jaws on my USB thumb drive, (also called flash drive)?
