    Hi all,

I wasn't able to resolve my last problem that I presented on this list =

about the information bar and so forth, but hopefully my luck can change =

with this question. =20

I have always had norton internet security as my antivirus program. It =

has never been very user friendly for me, but I have squeaked by because =

I didn't know anything better to do. I just renewed my subscription so =

I guess I have the latest version of norton. Anyway, this version seems =

to be the least user friendly of all the versions I have had. I have =

window eyes 6.1. I have windows xp home and internet explorer 7. I =

have always had trouble with clicking on things on the screen and have =

it do anything, but this is the worst. When I open norton now it =

doesn't give me the usual screen with options of running full system =

scan and so forth. The only way I have ever been able to read the =

norton screen is with the mouse and now it is only reading parts of =

sentences. It is bringing up a screen now that says something needs =

attention and something about a full system scan has not been completed =

and that I should run one. I don't know what needs attention because it =

isn't reading everything and it doesn't give anything to click on to do =

the full system scan. =20

I don't know what to do to fix this problem. I don't know if I should =

scrap this if it is impossible to deal with and find some other program =

to replace it that is more friendly or what or try to fix this problem =

with help. =20

If anyone has any ideas at all on this problem and what I should do I =

would really appreciate it. I need a program that I can navigate and =

right now this isn't it. Another thing is that whenever it tells you =

there are threats that it found in the past because of the fact that it =

doesn't read the screen very well I can never find the option to remove =

threats or anything. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank =

you so much.

Lisa
