Re: How do I get rid of this?

You have two choices here with Outlook, depending on whether
or not you know and/or trust the sender.

Right click on the message in the message list, and select
"Junk Mail".

1) If you trust the sender, select "Add to safe sender's
list"

2) If you don't, select "Add to blocked senders list".
