G'day,

a bit of Christmas cheer for those of us using the lkb with non-ascii
encodings.

I have added key-bindings in lkb.el for show-parse-tty (^C-p) and
show-lex-tty (^C-l - unexpanded, ^C-L - expanded).  This makes it even
easier to look up words that cannot be entered using the graphical
interface. 

I have also added a facility in tdl-mode.el to double click (left
button) on a type and display the type-hierarchy (assuming you have
lkb.el, the lkb and a grammar loaded).

Please let me know if any of this breaks anything anywhere.
