[lkb] accents in parse window

Hi,
I've just moved/migrated to linux, and I have some problems to process 
accented words and Spanish characters in the parse window, which I did 
not have with windows nor with unix.
Does anyone know what I should do to be able to write accents in the 
parse window?
Btw, not sure this is useful/relevant to anyway, but... in order to be 
able to write accents in emacs, besides modifying the .emacs, I had to 
modify delphin/lkb/etc/dot.emacs.
