Dr Lee Sebastiani at Marywood College has a cognitive science course. She's teaching Prolog as part of the course... most of the students are psych or art history majors and most have never programmed before. So all these students are getting prolog as a first language. One pair of students wrote an expert system to select TV shows based on hacking up the old AMZI 'birds' tutorial. This isn't bad considering it's the first program they've ever written! Further, they've got a Finch robot.
